Services

How I can help

In your organisation I help make digitalisation actually happen. As a sector expert I help shape the shared rules and solutions of the whole industry.

A

For your organisation

Digitalisation built around your needs: from strategy and processes to working IT solutions and data.

Digital strategy and roadmap

I tie digitalisation to your goals: which decisions need better information, where to start, what to skip and which investments pay off.

  • Mapping your needs and today's situation: data, systems and work processes
  • Workshops with management, operators and users
  • Choosing use cases and assessing their benefit
  • Roadmap, budget and priorities for 1–3 years

Outcome: a roadmap and investment priorities that management can approve.

Processes and IT solutions

Technology pays off when it supports real work. I map your processes, find the bottlenecks and help choose solutions that fit the systems you already have.

  • Business analysis plus process mapping and improvement, e.g. maintenance, space use and investments
  • Choosing solutions, market research and preparing procurement
  • System integration and data flows
  • Leading development and rollout, incl. AI, BIM and digital twins

Outcome: documented processes, a chosen solution, tender documents and a rollout plan.

Data and information management

Building data is created in design and construction but used for decades. I help agree what information is needed, when, and who is responsible for it.

  • Information needs and requirements within organisations and their construction projects
  • Data templates and classification (CCI-EE)
  • Data quality checks and handover to operations
  • Data governance and exchange (IFC, COBie)

Outcome: information requirements, a data model, governance rules and an asset information model (AIM).

B

For the sector

I advise government, professional associations and companies that shape the sector's shared rules and solutions.

Sector expert advisory

I offer my expertise wherever an experienced view is needed: on digitalisation, data and information management in real estate.

  • Expert opinions and assessments
  • Reviews of solutions, requirements and guidance
  • Advice for software and technology companies
  • Talks and training

Outcome: an independent expert view you can base decisions on.

Common foundation

The services build on international standards and sector best practice, incl. the ÜBN 4 framework, so solutions stay aligned with the state, your partners and international practice.

What you get

What changes for you

Clear direction

You know where to take digitalisation, what the first step is and what is worth investing in.

Data you can trust

Information is agreed and checked, and moves between parties and systems without getting lost.

Value in daily work

Solutions fit your processes, people use them and decisions rest on data.

Making AI and BIM actually work

AI and BIM pay off only when data is organised, agreed on and tied to real work processes. Without that they stay pilots and demos. I help lay the foundation that AI tools and information models can actually build on.

I build on open international standards, so your data never depends on a single vendor.

Turning data into value in real estate

Targenda helps organisations across the built environment apply best practice more easily: request and collect exactly the data they need, in a verified form, across the whole life of a building.

Targenda is optional but helpful. My advisory work does not require it. I use it in my own work too.

The requirement-setting module is FREE for members of the Digital Construction Cluster.
